职位:长聘副教授
南方科技大学创新创意设计学院副教授,研究领域涵盖同理心驱动的交互设计、人机交互、用户体验与工程心理学,专注于将创新技术融入以人为中心的设计过程,从而推动设计与科技的深度融合。在教学与研究中,始终致力于将创造力、跨学科协作和创新设计方法融入教育与实践,推动设计领域的持续创新与发展。曾荣获中美富布莱特高级研究学者和国家级教学成果一等奖。已在国际顶级期刊及会议上发表超过100篇经同行评审的学术文章。基于丰富的研究与实践经验,与苹果、波音、谷歌、联想、保时捷、圣戈班等国际知名企业深度合作,聚焦智能出行解决方案、精准医疗技术和创客教育体系的创新开发,取得了显著成果。在学术领域,曾在北京师范大学心理学部担任副研究员,主导应用心理专业硕士用户体验方向的建设,在同济大学设计创意学院担任助理教授及院长助理。在行业领域,先后担任Autodesk用户体验设计师和摩托罗拉交互设计师,主导或参与了AutoCAD和ROKR系列等标志性产品的设计。获得荷兰代尔夫特理工大学工业设计工程学部博士学位、南丹麦大学IT产品设计硕士学位、北京工业大学工业设计学士学位。
