School of Design and Innovation Holds Party Member Meeting to In-depth Study the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Instructions

On September 12, the School of Design and Innovation held the first Party member meeting of the 2023 autumn semester. The meeting included the Party Secretary delivering a Party lecture, reviewing the development of the Party member team, and conducting a life meeting for criticism and self-criticism.

Secretary Xu Qiushi delivered a Party lecture titled Studying the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Instructions on the Party's Construction and Organizational Work. In the lecture, he elaborated on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions regarding the Party's construction and organizational work, guiding all Party members to deeply understand and implement the essence of the spirit contained therein. This Party lecture aroused the enthusiasm and sense of mission of Party members and cadres for the Party's cause, further consolidating the ideological foundation of the Party.

Next, Chen Luyao, the Organization Committee Member, reported to the meeting on the collection of Party membership dues. The meeting put forward measures to further standardize the management and use of Party membership dues, so as to ensure the transparency and effective utilization of the dues.

Over the past period, the school has achieved remarkable results through actively carrying out training, selection, assessment and other activities, and the overall quality of the Party member team has been further improved.
