Abstract:
With the continuous development of high-end equipment in fields such as aviation, aerospace, and marine engineering, complex curved components—such as the tail sections of launch vehicle boosters, aero-engine blades, and wind turbine blades—have been widely adopted. These components often demand structural properties and functional capabilities including ultra-light weight, high load-bearing capacity, and impact resistance. This lecture focuses on the comprehensive performance requirements of complex curved components, exploring theories and methods such as conformal parametric modeling of typical curved configurations, multiscale optimization design, and metamaterial-infilled optimization design. The modeling, analysis, and achieves the modeling-analysis-optimization process of typical multiscale complex curved structural components and their infill material microstructures.
